I grew up in Louisiana, standing on a chair next to my mom, helping her stir gumbo, crawfish étouffée, and red beans on the stove. Those moments in our kitchen taught me that food is more than just a meal — it’s love, family, and tradition all in one pot.

As I got older, that love for cooking never left me. My husband and I still spend time together in the kitchen, and I wanted to create something that made those moments even better — bold, flavorful seasonings made with simple, healthy ingredients that everyone can enjoy.
